Terms of Service for BlessSoul

Plain-language summary. This summary is for convenience only and is not a substitute for the full Terms below. BlessSoul is a manifestation, goal-setting and habit app made by one person. It has a free tier and an optional paid Premium subscription. It is a personal-growth tool — not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Some content is generated by artificial intelligence and is not reviewed by a human before you see it. If your paid subscription lapses and you do not resubscribe, your account and all its data are permanently deleted 30 days later.

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlessSoul mobile application ("App," "Service," or "BlessSoul"), developed and operated by Praveena H D, a sole proprietor based in Shivamogga, Karnataka, India ("we," "our," or "us").

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING BLESSSOUL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND BY OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO THESE TERMS BY REFERENCE. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the App.

If you are using BlessSoul on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

1. Solo Developer Disclosure

1.1 One-Person Operation

IMPORTANT: BlessSoul is developed, operated and maintained by one individual. By using the App you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Best-effort support: Support is offered on a best-effort basis, generally Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 India Standard Time. Responses typically take 2–5 business days and may take longer.
• Not a 24/7 service: There is no on-call coverage, no guaranteed response time and no emergency support channel.
• Interruptions are expected: Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, illness, personal emergencies or other circumstances may cause temporary or extended unavailability.
• No enterprise commitments: We do not offer Service Level Agreements, guaranteed uptime, dedicated support, priority tiers or custom development.

Your expectations of the Service should reflect a one-person operation. This disclosure does not reduce any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlessSoul, whether as a guest or with an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use BlessSoul only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing (commonly 16), you must meet that higher age, or have verifiable parental consent.

2.2 No Age Verification

We do not verify age. BlessSoul does not perform age checks at sign-up and cannot confirm the age of any user. We rely entirely on your representation that you meet the age requirement. If we become aware that we hold personal data of a child below the applicable minimum age without proper consent, we will delete that account and its data. To report such an account, contact support@blesssoul.com.

2.3 Not Directed at Children

BlessSoul is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by children under 13.

3. Your Account

3.1 Guest Use and Account Creation

You can start using BlessSoul immediately as a guest, without creating an account or providing an email address. The first time you open the App we create an anonymous profile so the goals, manifestations and other content you create can be saved and synced. By continuing past the welcome screen you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Creating an account is optional, and is offered so you can secure your data and reach it from another device. You may create one at any time using an email address and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In; doing so links your existing guest data to that account, so nothing you have already created is lost. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, to use an email address you control, and to keep your details current. Providing false information may result in termination.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it.
• Notify us promptly at support@blesssoul.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your act or omission.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Accounts are personal to you. Do not share an account, and do not create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits, trial eligibility or promotional offers.

4. Free Tier and Premium Subscription

4.1 BlessSoul Has a Free Tier

BlessSoul is free to download and free to use at a limited but genuinely functional level. No payment is required to create an account or to use the free tier. The free tier currently includes:

• 1 active manifestation
• 2 active goals
• 3 yes/no habits
• 5 followed Soul Spark topics
• 5 standalone schedule blocks per day (habit-linked blocks and recurring blocks are not counted against this)
• 1 saved custom Soul Plan of up to 5 blocks
• The 369 Method and the 5x55 Method

4.2 What Premium Unlocks

A Premium subscription removes the limits above and unlocks additional features, which currently include quote history, the Soul Portal cosmic calendar, sleep affirmations, the Soul Awakening journey, schedule templates, challenges, affirmation regeneration, and counted habits.

4.3 Limits May Change

The free-tier limits and the specific set of Premium features may change over time as the App develops. The limits and feature set shown inside the App are authoritative. We will not reduce the free tier in a way that deletes content you have already created — see clause 4.4.

4.4 Downgrade Is Non-Destructive

If your Premium subscription ends, or if free-tier limits change, content you have already created is not deleted. Content in excess of a free limit becomes locked and read-only rather than removed, and becomes available again if you resubscribe. This clause is subject to clause 6 (automatic deletion after prolonged non-renewal).

5. Pricing, Billing and Cancellation

5.1 Plans and Prices

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans are:

• Annual — US$49.99 per year
• Quarterly — US$19.99 every three months

We may also offer discounted or promotional pricing from time to time, including introductory offers for new subscribers and win-back offers for lapsed subscribers. Eligibility for any offer is determined by Apple and by the terms of that offer.

The price shown to you in the App at the moment of purchase is authoritative. Prices are set in US dollars and converted by Apple into your local currency; local pricing, taxes and Apple's regional price tiers mean the amount you are charged may differ from the figures listed above. Always review the price, billing period and renewal terms presented on the purchase screen before confirming.

A monthly plan was previously offered and has been retired. It is no longer available for purchase. Subscribers who purchased it before retirement continue on their existing terms until they cancel or change plan.

5.2 Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it is 7 days. Trial availability and your eligibility are determined by Apple and are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Trials are generally available only to users who have not previously subscribed or used a trial.

• During a trial you have full Premium access.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged.
• Cancelling during the trial keeps Premium access until the trial period ends.

5.3 Payment and Auto-Renewal

• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, handle or store your card details, billing address or financial information.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Your subscription is managed by Apple, not by us. We cannot start, stop, or alter your subscription on your behalf.

5.4 Managing and Cancelling

Manage or cancel at any time via iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → BlessSoul, or from within the App via Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens Apple's subscription management screen.

• Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end the current period.
• You keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Deleting your BlessSoul account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel separately through Apple, or you will continue to be charged.

5.5 Restoring Purchases

Use Profile → Restore Purchases to restore an active subscription on a new device or after reinstalling. This requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

5.6 Price Changes

We may change prices. Where required, Apple will notify you and, depending on the change and your region, may require your affirmative consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel before it applies. Continued subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

5.7 Refunds

We cannot issue refunds. All purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We have no technical ability to refund an App Store purchase.

To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple at its discretion.

Statutory rights are preserved. Nothing in this clause takes away any right to a refund, cancellation or remedy that the consumer law of your country gives you and does not allow to be signed away.

6. Subscription Expiry, Grace Period and Automatic Account Deletion

6.1 The App Keeps Working

If your Premium subscription expires and is not renewed, your account is not suspended and you are not locked out. You may continue to sign in and use BlessSoul on the free tier. Content above the free limits becomes locked and read-only, as described in clause 4.4.

6.2 The 30-Day Deletion Clock

However, if you have previously held a paid subscription and it lapses without renewal, an automatic deletion process begins:

• Days 0–29: Your account remains usable on the free tier and your data is retained. We send email reminders to the address on your account, including a warning approximately 7 days before deletion.
• Day 30: Your account and its associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted by an automated process. This includes your goals, habits, manifestations, schedules, Soul Record and other content.

Resubscribing at any time before day 30 stops the deletion and restores full access.

6.3 Who This Applies To

This automatic deletion applies only to accounts that have previously had a paid subscription which then lapsed. Users who have never subscribed are not subject to it — a free account that has never been paid is not deleted for inactivity under this clause.

6.4 Notice and Your Responsibility

Warnings are delivered by email to the address registered on your account, and a notice may also appear inside the App. It is your responsibility to keep a working email address on your account and to check it, including spam and promotions folders. We are not liable for data deleted under this clause where notices were sent to your registered address, subject to clause 6.5.

6.5 If You Want to Keep Your Data

If you do not wish to continue subscribing but want to retain your data, you may request a copy of it before day 30 — see clause 14.3. We strongly recommend making such a request as soon as you know you will not be renewing.

Nothing in this clause takes away any right over your personal data that the law gives you and does not allow to be signed away.

7. Deleting Your Account

7.1 Deleting It Yourself

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data Management → Delete Account. You will be asked to re-authenticate first.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, goals, milestones, habits, manifestations, practice entries, schedules, Soul Awakening records and captures, voice recordings, quote favourites and progress, and other account data, from our database and from your device. Saved copies on your device, and the credentials that kept you signed in, are cleared.

7.2 What Survives Deletion

For the reasons given, a small amount of data is deliberately retained after account deletion:

• A subscription record is kept with your user identifier removed and its status marked as deleted. It no longer identifies you. This is retained to prevent abuse of trials and promotional offers, and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
• Backups held by our infrastructure providers are purged on their ordinary cycle, within approximately 30 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.
• Aggregated or anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• In rare cases, a voice recording file may persist if its removal failed at the time of deletion — see clause 12.4.

Your subscription and payment records held by Apple and RevenueCat are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.

7.3 Deletion Does Not Cancel Billing

7.4 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or where required by law. Where practicable we will give notice and, where the breach is capable of remedy, an opportunity to remedy it. We may act without prior notice where the breach is serious, where there is a security or legal risk, or where notice is prohibited by law. Terminated users may be barred from creating new accounts.

8. What BlessSoul Is — and What It Is Not

BlessSoul is a personal-growth, reflection and organisation tool. It is not a professional service of any kind. The App is provided for personal exploration, motivation, self-reflection and planning only. No content in the App is professional advice, and no part of the App creates a professional relationship between you and us.

Clauses 9 to 13 set out specific disclaimers. They apply in addition to the general disclaimers in clause 20 and the limitation of liability in clause 21.

9. Manifestation and Spiritual Practices — No Guaranteed Outcomes

9.1 Not Scientifically Established

The manifestation methods in BlessSoul — including the 369 Method, 5x55 Method, Scripting, Gratitude Method, Pillow Method, Two Cup Method, Water Manifestation and Mirror Work — together with chakra practices, cosmic and lunar timing content, angel numbers and related material, are drawn from spiritual, philosophical and metaphysical traditions, including concepts commonly described as the "Law of Attraction."

These are belief systems and reflective practices. They are not scientifically established, and the "Law of Attraction" is not a law of physics.

9.2 The Soul Awakening Journey

Soul Awakening is a Premium feature and our most involved piece of spiritual content, so we want you to know what it is before you pay for it.

It is a 7-day guided journey, one chakra per day, following the traditional sequence from Root to Crown — Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna and Sahasrara. Each day presents that chakra's traditional associations (its element, seed sound and themes) and invites you through a short sequence: a breathing practice, reflective questions, a written or spoken offering, and a closing vow. On the final day you choose one practice to carry forward, which becomes a daily habit in the App.

What you should understand about this content:

• The chakra system is a metaphysical and spiritual framework drawn from Indian yogic and tantric traditions. It is a system of belief and contemplative practice. It is not anatomy, not physiology and not medicine, and it is not scientifically established.
• It is not energy healing, and it is not treatment. Nothing in the journey diagnoses, treats, heals, balances, unblocks or repairs anything in your body or mind, and no claim to the contrary is made.
• The content is written by us, is the same for everyone, and is not personalised. It is not generated by artificial intelligence and is not tailored to you, your chart, your health or your circumstances.
• It asks for genuine emotional reflection. The prompts invite honesty about desire, fear, boundaries, grief and self-worth. Some people find this moving and some find it uncomfortable. Every step can be skipped and the journey can be left at any time. If reflecting on these things is distressing for you, please stop and see clause 11.
• Breathing practices appear throughout. The safety warnings in clause 10 apply in full.
• It is offered as a contemplative and reflective experience only, and the disclaimers in this clause 9 apply to it in full.

9.3 No Guarantees

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE, PROMISE, REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT USING BLESSSOUL OR ANY PRACTICE IN IT WILL:

• Produce any specific result or outcome
• Cause any desire, goal, intention or manifestation to be realised
• Change your circumstances, finances, health, relationships or career
• Attract any opportunity, person, event, money or success
• Produce any measurable effect whatsoever

9.4 Results Depend on You

Any progress you make depends on your own actions, effort, skills, resources, circumstances and factors outside anyone's control. These practices are not a substitute for practical action, professional treatment or advice, evidence-based methods, or real-world work.

9.5 Testimonials and Examples

Any testimonial, review, example, illustration or story presented in connection with BlessSoul — whether in the App, on our website, or in marketing materials — is illustrative only, reflects an individual experience, and is not a representation of typical results. Individual experiences vary widely, and no outcome described should be understood as one you can expect.

9.6 No Liability for Outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any outcome, non-outcome, disappointment, reliance, decision, expenditure, opportunity cost or time spent in connection with manifestation or spiritual content. Use these tools at your own discretion as motivational aids only.

10. Health and Wellness — Not Medical Advice

BLESSSOUL DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Nothing in the App is a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional medical opinion, and nothing in it should be used to diagnose or treat any condition.

BlessSoul contains goal templates, habit suggestions, breathing exercises, sleep and rest content, and wellness practices such as meditation and mindfulness. All of this is general, informational and motivational only.

We are not doctors, nurses, dietitians, therapists or licensed healthcare providers of any kind, and we do not provide personalised health assessment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, changing your diet or nutrition, altering sleep or medication routines, beginning breathing or breath-hold practices, or making any health decision influenced by App content.

Breathing exercises: do not perform any breathing practice while driving, operating machinery, swimming or in water, or in any situation where dizziness or fainting could cause harm. Stop immediately if you feel lightheaded, faint or unwell. If you are pregnant or have any cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, blood-pressure or anxiety-related condition, consult your doctor before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, illness, aggravation of a condition, or adverse health outcome arising from use of the App.

11. Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

11.1 Not a Mental Health Service

BLESSSOUL IS NOT A MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE, IS NOT THERAPY, AND IS NOT MONITORED. Journaling, reflection, mood and voice-note features are for private self-reflection only. They are not diagnostic tools, not treatment, and not a substitute for professional care.

11.2 Nothing Is Monitored

This is important to understand: your private written and recorded entries are not monitored, reviewed, screened or analysed by us, by any automated system, or by any human, for signs of distress, risk or crisis. Writing or recording something in BlessSoul will not alert anyone and will not summon help. The App cannot detect that you are in danger and cannot respond to a crisis.

11.3 If You Are in Crisis

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any mental-health outcome, emotional harm, act of self-harm, or consequence arising from use of, or reliance on, the App.

12. AI-Generated Content, Quotes and Recordings

12.1 Where AI Is Actually Used

BlessSoul uses artificial intelligence in a limited and specific way. To be precise about what is and is not AI:

• Soul Manifest uses AI in real time. When you create or work with a manifestation, text you write is sent to our server, which calls the OpenAI API to generate personalised affirmations, method suggestions, goal suggestions and celebration messages. The models currently used are gpt-5-mini (primary) and gpt-5-nano (fallback). Models may change as the technology develops.
• Soul Awakening does not use AI. Its 7-day journey content is written by hand and ships with the App.
• Sleep affirmations do not use AI in real time. They are written in advance and served from our database.
• Soul Portal does not use AI in real time. Cosmic event content is stored in advance.
• Soul Spark quotes do not use AI in real time. They are stored in our database and served from it. No personal data is sent to any AI service when you view quotes.
• Some stored content was originally produced with AI assistance, including portions of the Soul Spark quote library and certain templates.

Details of what data is sent, and what is not, are in our Privacy Policy.

12.2 AI Content Is Not Reviewed and Is Not Reliable

AI-generated content is produced automatically and is NOT reviewed by a human before you see it. There is no human editorial oversight and no automated safety filter applied to AI output.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS accurate, truthful, original, appropriate, inoffensive, free of third-party rights, properly attributed, or suitable for you or for any purpose. AI systems can and do produce content that is factually wrong, misleading, nonsensical, unintended, or resembling existing works.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for any important decision, and do not treat it as advice of any kind. If content generated for you is offensive, harmful or inappropriate, please report it to support@blesssoul.com so we can investigate.

12.3 Quotes, Copyright and Sharing

Soul Spark quotes are drawn from a stored library. We do not claim ownership of quote content, we cannot guarantee attribution is present or correct, and some material may be subject to third-party rights.

If you share, save, export or distribute a quote or any AI-generated content from BlessSoul, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for verifying its copyright status, obtaining any permission required, attributing it properly, and complying with applicable law. We recommend using this content for personal inspiration only, and not for commercial purposes.

12.4 Voice Recordings

Parts of Soul Awakening let you record a short voice note. You should understand how these are handled:

• Recording requires your explicit microphone permission, which you may decline or revoke in iOS Settings at any time. Voice features are optional.
• Recordings are stored on your device and uploaded to private, access-controlled cloud storage accessible only to your account.
• Recordings are never transcribed and are never sent to any AI, speech-recognition or analysis service. Nobody listens to them.
• You may re-record or discard a recording while the relevant day is still open. Once a day is sealed, that recording can no longer be deleted from within the App — contact support@blesssoul.com to request its deletion.
• Deleting your account from within the App removes your recordings. This removal is best-effort; if it fails, a recording file may persist in storage. It is inaccessible to other users, and you may contact us to confirm its removal.
• Where an account is deleted automatically under clause 6, voice recording files are not currently removed by that automated process and may persist in storage after the rest of the account is deleted. Contact us to request their removal.

12.5 DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe content in BlessSoul infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@blesssoul.com including: identification of the work; identification and location of the material complained of; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your signature.

We will investigate and remove infringing material where a claim is valid. As a one-person operation, review may take up to 10 business days. We cannot pre-screen generated content, and we cannot recall content already saved to a user's device.

13. Your Content and Acceptable Use

13.1 You Own Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you create in BlessSoul — goals, manifestations, reflections, schedules, recordings and other entries ("Your Content").

13.2 Licence You Grant Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, transmit, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence exists only so the App can function, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to clause 7.2.

We do not sell Your Content, do not use it to train AI models, and do not use it for advertising.

13.3 Your Content Is Private

BlessSoul has no social, sharing or public features. Your Content is private to your account and is not shown to other users. We do not routinely access it. We may access it only where strictly necessary to provide technical support you have requested, to investigate a suspected breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

13.4 You Are Responsible for Your Content

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to create and store it. Do not store anything unlawful, or anything that infringes another person's rights.

13.5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the App, our servers or another user's account
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the App or our systems
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with subscription controls, free-tier limits, trial eligibility or promotional offer eligibility
• Create multiple or fraudulent accounts to obtain repeated trials or offers
• Resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit the App or its content without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the App to harass, abuse or harm anyone
• Overload, disrupt or degrade the Service or its infrastructure

13.6 Consequences

Breach may result in warning, suspension, termination, forfeiture of access without refund to the extent permitted by law, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.

14. Data, Backup and Your Rights

14.1 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, who processes it, and what rights you have. It forms part of these Terms.

14.2 Storage and Sync

Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronised to our cloud database, operated on our behalf by Supabase. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). The credentials that keep you signed in are stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure store on your device.

14.3 Getting a Copy of Your Data

The App does not currently include a self-service data export feature. To obtain a copy of your personal data, email support@blesssoul.com from your registered address with the subject "Data Request." We will send your data in a common file format you can open and reuse, normally within 30 days, as required by data protection law.

14.4 Backup Responsibility

While we sync your data to the cloud, we do not guarantee against data loss and we are not a backup service. Loss can occur through device failure, sync conflicts, software defects, third-party outages, your own deletion, or the automatic deletion described in clause 6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss. If your data matters to you, request a copy under clause 14.3 and keep it safely.

15. Permissions the App Requests

BlessSoul requests only the following, each of which is optional and revocable in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security:

• Microphone — to record optional voice notes in Soul Awakening. See clause 12.4.
• Photo Library (add only) — to save a quote image you choose to save. This is write-only; it grants no ability to read your library.
• Photo Library (read, single photo) — only to let you pick one profile picture. Your profile picture is stored on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers, which also means it does not transfer to a new device or survive reinstalling the App.
• Notifications — to deliver reminders and alerts you configure. See clause 16.

BlessSoul does not request or access your camera, location or GPS, contacts, system calendar, health or HealthKit data, motion and fitness data, Bluetooth, or media library, and does not use advertising identifiers or third-party ad tracking.

16. Notifications Are Not Guaranteed

BlessSoul's reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are a convenience feature.

DO NOT RELY ON BLESSSOUL NOTIFICATIONS FOR ANYTHING THAT MATTERS — including medication or medical reminders, appointments, business or legal deadlines, financial commitments, or any situation where a missed reminder could cause harm or loss.

Delivery depends on factors outside our control: iOS behaviour, Do Not Disturb and Focus modes, battery and low-power settings, storage, background refresh, permissions, device state and system updates. We do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all. Use a dedicated alarm, calendar or reminder system for anything important. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any consequence of a missed, late or failed notification.

17. Intellectual Property

BlessSoul — including its name, logo, design, interface, artwork, written content, journey material, code and structure — is owned by Praveena H D and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to your subscription where applicable. This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from any part of the App, or use our name or branding, without our prior written permission.

18. Third-Party Services

BlessSoul relies on third parties to function. Your use of the App involves them, and each has its own terms and privacy policy:

• Apple — App Store distribution, payment processing, Sign in with Apple
• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• RevenueCat — subscription status management
• OpenAI — AI generation for Soul Manifest
• Google — Firebase analytics and crash reporting; optional Google Sign-In
• Resend — delivery of account and subscription emails

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their acts or omissions, or the content of any external site linked from the App. An outage or change at any of these providers may affect or interrupt BlessSoul.

Apple-specific: Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for BlessSoul. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

19. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

19.1 The Service

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may also discontinue BlessSoul entirely.

If we discontinue the Service, we will use reasonable efforts to give you advance notice by email, so that you can request a copy of your data before it becomes unavailable, and we will stop offering new subscriptions and renewals.

Please note that we cannot refund you directly, for the reason given in clause 5.7 — all payments are held and processed by Apple, not by us. If the Service is discontinued during a period you have already paid for, you should request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we will support a reasonable request by confirming to Apple that the Service was withdrawn. Any refund remains Apple's decision. This does not affect any right the law gives you that cannot be signed away.

19.2 These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change. For material changes that affect your rights, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using the App and delete your account.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSSOUL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected, that results will meet your expectations, or that data will not be lost.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of this clause may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, EU/UK consumer law, or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, savings, or data, arising out of or relating to the App, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Without limiting the disclaimers in clauses 9 to 13 and 16, we are not liable for any outcome not manifested or achieved; any health, mental-health, financial, career or relationship consequence; any decision made in reliance on App or AI content; any missed or failed notification; any loss or deletion of data, including deletion under clause 6; or any act or omission of a third-party provider.

Aggregate cap. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you, and nothing here affects the consumer rights your local law gives you that cannot be signed away.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praveena H D from any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or reasonable expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms or of applicable law; Your Content; your infringement of another person's rights; your sharing or distribution of quotes or AI-generated content outside the App; or your misuse of the Service.

This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach, negligence or wilful misconduct. We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for and you may participate in its defence; we will not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

23.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

23.2 Talk to Us First

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@blesssoul.com with a description of the issue and the resolution you seek. Most problems can be resolved quickly and informally, and we ask for 30 days to try.

23.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to clause 23.1, the courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

23.4 No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective or representative action. Where this restriction is unenforceable under the law applicable to you, it does not apply to you.

23.5 Time Limit

To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the App must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.

24. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us regarding BlessSoul.
• Severability: If a provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest remains in force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.
• Survival: Clauses 7.2, 9 to 13, and 17 to 24 survive termination.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
• Language: These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience and the English version prevails.
