❓ How do I start my free trial?
Download BlessSoul from the App Store, create an account, and you'll automatically get 7 days of free access to all premium features. No payment method is required until the trial ends.
❌ How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BlessSoul → Cancel Subscription. You can cancel anytime, and you'll still have access to premium features until your current billing period ends.
🔒 Is my journal data private and secure?
Absolutely! All journal entries are encrypted with military-grade AES-256 encryption and protected by Face ID or Touch ID. Only you can access your journal entries. We cannot read your journal data, even if we wanted to.
📱 Does BlessSoul work offline?
Yes! You can use most features offline, including viewing and creating goals, writing journal entries, and browsing quotes. Your data will automatically sync via iCloud when you're back online.
🔑 I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.
